monday weigh in


This is the start of week 2 of getting back on the grind. I honestly feel great but unchanged.
I did lose weight as illustrated from my photo below, but I don't feel it.

"WHY WEEK 2? I thought you were on like week 4" I was BUT my parents decided that they wanted to join me and my brother. This led up to us restarting so they could join us but it turned out to be fake news (not surprising).

Anyways, there is nothing much to report here today. Here is to the start of a new week!
